Executive Team:

Thomas R. Close: President

Tom is a graduate of the University of Waterloo with a degree in mathematics. Tom joined the firm of Clarkson and Gordon (now Enst & Young) in 1969 where he obtained his chartered accountants degree. In 1974 Tom joined the firm of Martin, Tilly and Co. (Now Demers, Huston & Co.) where he became a partner until 1988 when he joined the Towle family in the inception of Niagara Airbus Inc. Throughout his career, in public practice, Tom has advised numerous companies in the transportation industry.

Paul Mountain: Vice President

Paul obtained his experience with Robert Q in London, Ontario. Paul as General Manager of that company was vital to it’s growth from 1-30 vans. Paul joined Niagara Airbus in 1988. Paul is active at the Toronto, Buffalo and Hamilton Airports and is familiar with operating personnel and authorities. Paul if very active in community events, corporate and incentive sales, and customer service.

Matt Penny: Operations Manager And Customer Service Manager

Matthew Penny has been in the transportation industry for 15 years.  He started at Niagara Airbus in 2010.  He spent 4 years as a dispatcher, gaining experience in the day to day operations. Currently, Matt is Operations and Customer Service Manager.

Barry Waters: Customer Service Manager

After numerous years in the hospitality industry Barry joined the Niagara Airbus team as a dispatcher in 2001 for their sister company, Niagara Livery Service. In 2002 Barry was transferred over to Niagara Airbus as a Night Dispatcher. In 2003 he  graduated to Scheduler , and In 2007 Barry was promoted to Customer Service/ Operations Manager for Niagara Airbus.

Ed Morrison: Safety Manager

Ed has worked in the transportation business all his adult life, beginning with Mississauga Transit, and then to Niagara Airbus as the Safety Manager. Ed brings a wealth of experience in this role. He is a certified Driving instructor and tester, and is often sought after by outside groups to assist in all their training requirements.

Christina Pietracupa: Sales-Conference Services Manager

Prior to her current role in Sales and Conference Services, Christina has worked and served in Transportation administration, Customer Service, and Operations. She joined Niagara Airbus in 2001, and Christina has been active in the transportation industry for over 15 years.
